What is an Accountability Group?
ASC Accountability Groups are for any Iowa State University student looking for a dedicated time to work on schoolwork in a productive space. Sessions led by trained peer leaders are hosted once per week for 90 minutes each and groups are limited to 10 students per group.
Participating is simple - identify your goal, work for a set amount of time, take a short break, work again, share your progress!
Is an Accountability Group right for me?
Attending Accountability Groups can help you learn helpful study tips and develop positive academic habits to stay on top your to-do list each week. These sessions take advantage of the "body doubling" effect to boost motivation and productivity - when you are around others who are focused on their goals, it can help you get focused too!
Students who are interested, complete the application below to be placed with a group that meets regularly throughout the semester.
